Construction conditions:

The base surface must be solid and flat, without cracking and hollowing, floating slurry, oil pollution and damp water; Construction is prohibited when the working face does not meet the requirements, and construction shall be carried out on the concrete foundation surface of the original structure as far as possible.

Construction is prohibited in rainy days, typhoon days and when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃.

The base surface moisture content is less than 10%, the air humidity is less than 80%, and the base surface temperature is higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3 ℃.

Key points of construction:

Acceptance of base surface, polishing and removing float layer, repairing base surface defects, cleaning and cleaning;

Brush primer and viscose layer, stir natural inorganic sand particles with prepared inorganic resin, lay and scrape the primer layer when it is not completely cured, and spray antifouling topcoat on the surface after the imprint layer is cured with the film imprint effect with selected patterns;
