SLETU101WEPC is an underwater decorative protective coating produced by the reaction of epoxy resin and polyurea resin. It integrates the excellent adhesion of epoxy resin and the excellent comprehensive performance of polyurea, thus solving the common problem of foaming and delamination of underwater coatings.

· Product use:

◆Construction method: spraying, rolling or scraping (during spraying construction, the amount of diluent shall not exceed 10%, during rolling construction, the amount of diluent shall not exceed 8%, and during scraping construction, try not to add diluent;

◆During construction, please use SLETU901 high permeability epoxy primer as much as possible;

◆Common dosage of materials: 0.4-0.6 kg/㎡ for concrete structure and 0.3-0.5 kg/㎡ for ceramic and metal structure (the actual dosage depends on different base planes).

Construction conditions:

◆The construction working face must be clean, tidy, solid, free of oil pollution, ash cracking and open water leakage. Construction is prohibited when the construction base surface is seriously not up to standard, and construction can only be carried out after it is up to standard.

◆Environmental requirements during construction: humidity ≤ 85%, ambient temperature ≥ 5 ℃ (the best construction temperature is between 15-28 ℃), base water content ≤ 10%, and construction is prohibited in rainy days, low temperature weather below 5 ℃ and typhoon weather.

Key points of construction:

◆The base surface grinding and cleaning work must be thorough, and all nodes and defective parts must be repaired in advance to meet the standards.

◆Paint ingredients must be stirred evenly, and the prepared paint must be used up within the specified time.

◆During paint construction, no leakage, no sagging, uniform thickness, and the number of painting times can be determined according to different use scenarios, base surface conditions and customer requirements (the qualified base surface of Water Park is generally painted 2-3 times)

◆During construction, the working face shall be enclosed and protected as much as possible. During construction, no idle people shall enter and trample. Other sundries shall not be piled up on the finished paint surface, and rolling and dragging sharp objects shall be prohibited.

This product should be stored in a well ventilated, dry and cool environment with a temperature of 5 ~ 30 ℃, and transported by professional chemical vehicles as far as possible during long-distance transportation.
