SLETU 102WEPC is an underwater decorative protective coating produced by the reaction of epoxy resin and polyurea resin. ◆Construction method: scraping + sandblasting to achieve beach effect (scraping construction, try not to add diluent).

◆During construction, please use SLETU 901 high permeability epoxy primer as much as possible.

◆Usual dosage of materials: 1.5-2.0 kg/㎡ for concrete structure (if the service conditions of products are harsh or the service life needs to be extended, the dosage of materials needs to be determined according to the actual situation).

Construction conditions:

◆The construction working face must be clean, tidy, solid, free of oil pollution, ash cracking and open water leakage. Construction is prohibited when the construction base surface is seriously not up to standard, and construction can only be carried out after it is up to standard.

◆Environmental requirements during construction: humidity ≤ 85%, ambient temperature ≥ 5 ℃ (the best construction temperature is between 15-28 ℃), base water content ≤ 10%, and construction is prohibited in rainy days, low temperature weather below 5 ℃ and typhoon weather.

Key points of construction:

◆The construction base surface must meet the requirements, the base surface must be polished and cleaned thoroughly, and all nodes and defective parts must be repaired in advance to meet the standards.

◆Paint ingredients must be stirred evenly, and the prepared paint must be used up within the specified time.

◆During paint construction, there is no leakage or sagging, and the thickness should be uniform. The number of painting times can be determined according to different use scenarios, base conditions and customer requirements (the qualified base surface of Water Park is generally painted 2-3 times).

◆During construction, the working face shall be enclosed and protected as much as possible. During construction, no idle people shall enter and trample. Other sundries shall not be piled up on the finished paint surface, and rolling and dragging sharp objects shall be prohibited.

This product should be stored in a well ventilated, dry and cool environment with a temperature of 5 ~ 30 ℃, and transported by professional chemical vehicles as far as possible during long-distance transportation.
