SLETU ® 103 is a two-component product consisting of aspartate resins and various pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc.

Use of the product:

It is suitable for decoration and protection of underwater concrete structure, and is also suitable for decoration and protection of other concrete structure surfaces.

♦Construction method: spraying, rolling or scraping (the amount of diluent shall not exceed 10% during spraying, 5% during rolling, and no diluent shall be added as far as possible during scraping);

♦During construction, please use SLETU ® 901 high permeability epoxy primer;

♦The material is usually coagulated with a structure of 0.3-0.5 kg/㎡ (if the service conditions of the product are harsh or the service life needs to be extended, the dosage of the material needs to be determined according to the actual situation).

Construction conditions:

♦During construction, the base surface must be clean, tidy and solid, free of oil pollution, holes, ash cracking and completely dry; (SLETU ® 103 products should be constructed on the original concrete structure as much as possible to reduce the risk of coating quality). Construction is prohibited when the construction base surface is not up to standard, and construction can only be started after it is up to standard.

♦Base surface treatment must be perfect, basically without holes and defects; The air humidity is less than 80%, the base surface humidity is less than 9%, the base material temperature should be higher than the dew point temperature by more than 3 ℃ during construction, and the construction temperature should be higher than 10 ℃ (the best effect construction temperature is between 15-28 ℃). Construction is prohibited in rainy days, low temperature weather below 10 ℃ and typhoon weather.

Key points of construction:

♦The construction base surface must meet the requirements, the base surface grinding and cleaning work must be thorough, and all nodes and defective parts must be repaired in advance to meet the standards;

♦During cross construction, pay attention to enclosure and protect the unfinished coating. During construction, no idle people are allowed to enter and trample. Other sundries are prohibited from stacking on the finished polyurea coating layer, and rolling and dragging sharp objects are prohibited.

Storage and transportation:

This product should be stored in a well ventilated, dry and cool environment with a temperature of 5 ~ 30 degrees, and transported by professional chemical vehicles as far as possible during long-distance transportation.
