SLETU ® 105 This product is a high solid polyurethane anticorrosive coating based on the latest bio-based hybrid technology, new environmental protection antirust pigments and high quality fillers. The coating film can form a network interpenetrating structure, and its performance is extremely excellent. It not only has the anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions of primer, but also has the decorative and anti-expansion effects of topcoat, which can protect metal substrate from corrosion for a long time.

Use of the product:

This product is used for coating the surface of urban overpasses, municipal facilities, metal containers, steel workpieces and other steel structures in corrosive environment below C4, as well as coating protection of general pipelines, equipment and steel structures such as factories and power stations.

♦ Theoretical coating rate: 6.0-8.m/Kg (dry film thickness 35um) The actual paint consumption will vary with the surface structure, shape, construction environment and construction method of the substrate.

· Product use:

Brushing or spraying (airless spraying is better). The painting tools used shall not be mixed with other paints or utensils. After use, clean them with diluent for next use.

♦ Construction and drying temperature: 5-35 ℃ (referring to substrate and ambient temperature)

♦Relative humidity for construction and drying: below 80%

♦ Construction ratio:

(1) Main paint: curing agent = 7.5: 1 (adding curing agent while stirring can add diluent of 15-20% of the total amount of paint and curing agent to dilute to viscosity easy to construct), and stir evenly by mechanical stirring;

(2) Do not over-dilute, otherwise it will reduce product performance!

Drying time (25 ℃):

Surface drying: 30 minutes (relative humidity: 80%)

Hard drying: 24 hours (relative humidity: 80%)

Recoating time (25 ℃): 6-8 hours

Construction conditions:

♦ Before painting, check whether the surface of the coated workpiece is corroded, whether there are dirt such as oil stain and lime sand;

♦ The coated surface must not be damaged, and rust, oil stain and lime sand must be removed to ensure that the bottom surface can be constructed under the condition of smoothness and nondestructive.

· Shelf life:

The validity period is 18 months from the date of leaving the factory. If the product exceeds the shelf life, it can still be used if there is no hard block after mixing evenly and the technical index has no change after inspection.
